Terms of service
By signing up and actively using the Meal Ticket On Us program you agree to all
terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Meal Ticket On Us may, at any time, choose to
edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of
its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their
primary contact email address provided upon signing up with Meal Ticket On Us. If any modification
is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your
continued participation in the Meal Ticket On Us program following our posting of a change in policy
notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Members
|
Prohibited/Fraudulent Clicks
|
Any method that artificially and/or fraudulently generates clicks is strictly
prohibited. These prohibited methods include but are not limited to: repeated manual clicks,
incentives to click, using robots, automated clicking tools, or other deceptive software. Please
note that clicking on your own ads for any reason is prohibited, to avoid potential inflation of
advertiser costs.

**You MUST Understand English. You must be 18 years of age or older. You agree to
and must use your own name (full name no initials), address (full physical address including country
code, no PO Box, email address). You may only request cashout to your name and not to anyone
elses name. You may not signup multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not
be shared with another individual that has an existing Meal Ticket On Usaccount.

**If you log into an account from a pc that is already being used by a Meal Ticket
On Usmember both accounts will be suspended. In addition you many NOT use a proxy server. You will
use your username / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep
this information confidential; you may change your password by logging into your Meal Ticket On
Usaccount and change the information. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email
addresses.

**Please be aware anyone caught cheating/committing fraud in any way are in
violation of terms, and privacy statement and therefore are not protected by them due to their own
violation. Therefore that gives us the right to make others aware of your identity to protect
further fraud. Cheating is: using software to click links or participate in our program in any way,
having multiple accounts, attempting to sell your account and any other behavior that commits fraud.
Any member found to have violated the Terms will have his/her account deleted permanently from the
site resulting in a loss of all funds not yet paid and any referral commissions earned. We do not
tolerate fraudulent activity of ANY kind. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your
account including authorization by you to any third party individual that may use your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or
illegal, it may result in member termination and possible legal action.

**You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up. In the event
your email account on file becomes closed or blocked for 7 (seven) or more days to messages from
Meal Ticket On Usyour account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings. In
addition, anyone found to be inactive, who has not logged into the site in the past 45 days, could
be terminated and all earnings (cash and points) forfeited, as well as referred members.

Responsibility of Advertisers
|
After purchasing advertisements on Meal Ticket On Us, you must verify
and approve or deny offers accordingly. Any ad not approved or denied within 7 days will
be automatically approved or denied based on the information provided by the member for
that specific signup. No refunds will be given for advertisements that were never
verified by the purchaser. Any ad that is denied but is disputed by the member who
signed up for that specific offer, may be reversed based on the evidence provided.

Relationship of the Parties
|
You and Meal Ticket On Us are independent contractors, and nothing in this
Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or
employment relationship between you and Meal Ticket On Us. You understand that you do not have
authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Meal Ticket On Us.
You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in
this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned
while using the Meal Ticket On Us program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing
strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be
reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images,
ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material.
Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is
prohibited.

Meal Ticket On Us will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities,
or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or
related to this Agreement or Meal Ticket On Us program, even if Meal Ticket On Us has been advised
of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, Meal Ticket On Us aggregate liability arising under
this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this
Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e.
SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will
result in immediate termination of your membership with Meal Ticket On Us and may result in legal
prosecution. Meal Ticket On Us strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime.
Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any
past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate
with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Meal Ticket On Us
may charge up to $50.00 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate
termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also
constitutes fraud. Meal Ticket On Us will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from
multiple signups.

Account Deletion Due To Fraud And Cheating
|
Meal Ticket On Us reserves the right to delete or suspend any members account
suspected of fraud and/or cheating. The member's current account balance may be forfeited due to any
offers being reversed with advertisers.
|
No Guarantee On Offer Crediting
|
Members at Meal Ticket On Us complete offers at their own risk. Offers are not
guaranteed to credit. Members should only complete offers of genuine interest, and therefore, awards
for offers are a bonus; they are not a requirement. Meal Ticket On Us is not to be held responsible
for any offers that do not credit. No manual credit requests for offers will be accepted.
Privacy Policy

users. We recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with
the protection of your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal
information we gather when you use Meal Ticket On Us services, as well as some of the steps we take

usernames and cash out amounts and dates processed are provided on a Latest Paid list on the site.
Personal information such as the members' name, address, phone number is never sold nor disclosed.

browser makes available whenever you visit a website. This log information includes your Internet
Protocol address, browser type, the date and time of your access and one or more cookies that may
uniquely identify your browser. We use this information to operate, develop and improve our
services.

Some of our services require you to register for an account. Meal Ticket On Us asks
you for some personal information in order to create an account (typically your name, email address,
e-gold account and a password for your account) and we will use that information to provide the
service. For certain services, such as our advertising programs, we may request credit card or other
payment information, which we maintain in encrypted form on our server.

Cheating / Fraud
Using fraudulent information to complete offers and/or completing
offers with fraudulent intent will result in the member's account being deleted without
notice and without pay. Fraud includes, but is not limited to: using stolen credit cards
to complete offers; using fake information to complete offers; using information that is
not their own to complete offers; using pre-paid gift and/or credit cards to complete
offers; complete offers more than once; canceling offers and/or trials immediately.
While we do not share your personal information as a member of Meal Ticket On Us. If you
are caught in fraudulent behavior or cheating Meal Ticket On Us and your account is
terminated by Meal Ticket On Us for those reasons then your information such as your
username, IP, and offers completed are NOT considered personal information, and will be
shared with other site owners and/or advertisers at their request. In addition, publicly
slandering Meal Ticket On Us if found to be fraudulent can result in legal action for
slander and/or the fraudulent proof to be posted publicly for all to view.

Payments are sent on or around the 30th of each month for cash outs made the month before. Meal
Ticket On Us does not payout to members who are outside of the USA. In addition, members with
incomplete or inaccurate account information will not be paid. If necessary, payments may require
additional time in order to be processed. Offers that the member completed in the past month may not
always be confirmed the month after, as some offers take longer to receive commissions on. All Meal
Ticket On Us members understand and acknowledge that no payment shall be made until Meal Ticket On
Us has received payment from its advertisers. Before payment is made, every account on Meal Ticket
On Us is audited to ensure that no fraud has taken place. Meal Ticket On Us will never be deemed as
owing payment to any member. Payment will only be made after verification that the offers they
completed have been validated and paid upon. Meal Ticket On Us reserves the right to request ID
verification for any and all accounts. This request may be made without stated cause. If this
request is denied, Meal Ticket On Us reserves the right to withhold funds.

changes to be minor, but there may be changes that are more significant. Regardless, we will post
those changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will also provide a more
